Yes, our service has an out of pocket fee of $60 plus travel. These fees will be confirmed with you before an appointment is made.
Our clinical team will call you once your case has been entered into our system. The clinical team will determine if a nurse will need to come out and see you first before a doctor is scheduled to call you.
There is an out of pocket free of $60 and travel for our service and all other fees will be bulked billed.
